Real-Time Intelligence
Operational events become live KPIs and alerts, with a path from each event to an action.
Each new source joins one checked path into a common model, so the next onboarding is routine work.
One path for every source
New sources follow the same connector pattern, not a new project.
Checked as it lands
Validation runs at ingestion, before errors reach reports or agents.
A model teams reuse
Consumers work from one common model, not each source’s fields.
Scoped in the first working session · Fixed price · The connectors and runbook are yours
Each new system or partner feed arrives with its own fields. A team patches a connector, remaps the records and repairs the reports, and the next onboarding starts from scratch.
Settle differences at entry
Source quirks are resolved where data arrives, not in every report.
Validate every load
Incremental feeds are checked as they arrive, not only on day one.
Reuse the pattern
Connectors, mappings and checks are written down for the next source.
Four steps turn one source family into a pattern the next source can follow.
Identify the records, identifiers, refresh behavior and source-specific fields the integration must handle.
You receive
Source mapping
Each in-scope field traced from the source to the common model.
This work stops at a validated, reusable feed; what the business builds on it sits next door.

CenteredCare

CenteredCare took 3 weeks to onboard a new community, on a fragmented and largely manual data ecosystem. We brought PointClickCare and ALIS into one FHIR-native data path, with reusable onboarding and validation at the boundary. A new community now onboards in under 24 hours, and ingestion errors fell 60%.
A canonical data model is one common shape that every source is mapped into, so consumers work from a single model instead of each source’s fields. Systems that describe the same customer, patient or product differently are then reconciled once, at the boundary where data lands, rather than separately in every report, model and agent downstream.
We validate data as it lands, at the integration boundary, before errors reach reports or agents. Incoming records are mapped to the canonical model and checked on every incremental load, not only on the first day. Entity differences are resolved where the integration needs it, so the downstream team handles fewer ingestion errors instead of repairing each one by hand.
Treat the connector, the canonical model and the validation checks as one reusable pattern, and write it down. Each new source then follows the same path instead of becoming its own onboarding project. You keep the connectors, the mappings, the validation design and an onboarding runbook with the written steps to onboard and operate the next source.
The duration is scoped in the first working session, because it depends on the source family and the canonical model in scope, and the price is fixed once the scope is agreed. That session maps the next source you need to onboard to the common model and its checks, so the scope rests on the real source rather than an estimate.
No. A migration moves a whole estate onto a new platform; integration builds a recurring path that each new source joins once the estate is running. If the whole estate is moving, that is the Migrations service in Modernization. Data integration stops at a validated, reusable feed in the common model, ready for analytics, real-time and AI workloads to build on.
Natural next step
With sources arriving in a common model, define the metrics the business will use.
Operational events become live KPIs and alerts, with a path from each event to an action.
Governed semantic models on Power BI or Looker, with metric definitions your team can inspect.
Bounded agents that pass an evaluation gate before release, with scoped tool permissions and an agreed operating plan.
An inspection or prediction task, taken from labeled data to a measured model with an operating review loop.
Identity, policy, safety and traceability sit in the request path, so every action leaves an auditable trail.
Bring the next source you need to onboard. The first working session maps it to the common model and its checks.
