Questions buyers ask.
What is Pulse?
Pulse is a Mandelbulb Kit real-time intelligence accelerator that turns your operational events into live KPIs, alerts and action on Microsoft Fabric or Databricks. Events land in bronze, are typed and deduplicated in silver and reach governed gold tables within seconds, feeding a live command center. It ships in three editions: food delivery and retail, connected factory, and fleet operations.
Does Pulse run on Microsoft Fabric or Databricks?
Pulse runs natively on either Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Intelligence or Databricks, with the same KPIs and alerts on both. On Fabric the live command centre is built in Power BI. On Databricks, AI/BI dashboards and Genie answer plain-language questions from the same governed tables and show the SQL they ran. Pulse runs on the platform you already own, or the one you plan to adopt.
How does a Pulse engagement start?
Pulse starts with two weeks on one stream family, on your own events. Bring the events you would watch first to a 30-minute working session and we agree the stream, the KPIs and the alert thresholds. The landing zone, stream and dashboard deploy from one console, so the time goes into your events, and you keep the KPI board.
Where does our event data go when we use Pulse?
Your events stay in your estate. Pulse deploys natively onto the Fabric or Databricks platform you already own, and events flow through your own bronze, silver and gold layers. The Pulse films run on sample data; in an engagement Pulse is pointed at your own events, and the pipeline, the dashboard and the answers stay the same.
How is Pulse different from building a streaming pipeline in-house?
Pulse starts you from a working real-time layer instead of an empty workspace. Ingestion, the medallion layers, the live command center, anomaly alerts and automated actions already exist, with editions shaped for food delivery and retail, connected factories and fleets. Unlike a SaaS monitoring product, it runs natively inside your own Fabric or Databricks estate, on governed tables your team owns.
