An AI Planner That Reads Scope and Produces P6-Ready Schedules
Planning in Primavera P6 was slow, manual and document-heavy. We built an AI planner that reads scope and produces a baseline-ready schedule that opens directly in P6, and planning time is reported to fall from weeks to days.

Questions buyers ask.
What is AEC Platform?
AEC Platform is a Mandelbulb Kit suite of construction agents that drafts RFI replies, Primavera P6 schedules, proposals and bid CVs from the project record. Its five agents, the RFI agent, Planning agent, Proposal agent, CV agent and Chat agent, work inside Outlook, SharePoint and Primavera P6. Every draft cites its sources, and an engineer signs off before anything is sent.
Which systems, data platforms and models does AEC Platform run on?
AEC Platform runs on the Blumcore runtime and works in Outlook, SharePoint, Primavera P6 and the web. It is platform independent: it reads governed data on Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or BigQuery, and runs on Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or a self-hosted model. You can change the model without rebuilding the agents.
How does an AEC Platform engagement start?
AEC Platform starts with the RFI agent live on one active project. Bring that project to a 30-minute working session and we agree the drawings, spec books, schedules of values and prior RFIs the agent reads, and who signs each reply. Starting with RFIs puts grounded drafts in Outlook on real project correspondence before other agents are added.
Who approves what AEC Platform drafts?
An engineer approves every draft before it is sent. AEC Platform reads the RFI, cross-references the model, the spec book and the schedule of values, flags schedule and cost exposure, and routes a grounded reply to the responsible engineer. It deploys in your cloud tenancy, and every draft cites its sources, so the reviewer can check the clause or drawing behind each answer.
How is AEC Platform different from building construction agents in-house?
AEC Platform arrives with the agents for RFIs, planning, proposals, CVs and standards questions already built on the Blumcore runtime, so the work goes into connecting your record and your sign-off. It sits inside Outlook, SharePoint and Primavera P6 rather than adding another app to open, and your own drawings, spec books and past projects remain the source of every draft.
